🗽 We’re bringing a taste of New York to Bryce’s Bistro!

This week’s new special launches Friday:

🍔 NEW YORK CHOPPED CHEESE BURGER — $14 with fries

If you’ve never tried a chopped cheese, think of it as the delicious middle ground between a cheeseburger and a cheesesteak.

Seasoned beef and onions are chopped together right on the griddle, folded with melted cheddar cheese and piled onto a toasted burger bun. We finish it with shredded lettuce, tomato, pickles and our house burger sauce, then serve it with a side of crispy fries.

Messy, cheesy and packed with flavour—the way a chopped cheese should be!

Our new specials launch every Friday and remain available throughout the week while quantities last.

The leaves are changing, the air is getting cooler, and we’re celebrating the season with a couple of warm, comforting lunch specials.

Launching this Friday:

A juicy beef patty topped with melted Swiss cheese, slow-caramelized onions and our thyme-Dijon mayo, all served on a toasted bun with a side of crispy fries.

We’re kicking off something new at Bryce’s Bistro: a brand-new weekly special launching every Friday! Each special will remain available throughout the week while quantities last.

This week’s special is our:

🔥 KOREAN BBQ PORK SANDWICH — $14 WITH FRIES

A toasted bun layered with gochujang mayo, crunchy sesame-lime slaw and pickled red onion, then piled high with sticky Korean BBQ pork.

We’ll be open at the rink during Hockey Camp:

Thursday & Friday: 11:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

You can also find us serving up delicious food at Northern Rockies Street Fest:

Friday: 5:00–9:00 p.m.
Saturday: 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Huge shout out to the Northern Rockies Tourism and Events Society! Made a last minute pivot from Rib Fest bailing and created an event not only superior but also keeping money right here in town! Fabulous event and can’t wait for next year! Thank you Brenda and Diana and anyone I missed for all your hard work!
