🌻🎃 Fall is in the air… and families are gathering. 🍂

This weekend my mom’s side of the family is getting together for a good old-fashioned potluck, and naturally, part of my contribution had to come from Wandering Rose Bakes. ❤️

Pumpkins and sunflowers for the fall table!

Harvest meals, family gatherings, Thanksgiving dinners, potlucks — this time of year is all about gathering around the table with good food and good people.

If you’re looking for something a little extra special to bring along — whether it’s dessert for the table, a hostess gift, or simply a sweet way to say thank you — I’d love to create something for you.

🍂 Fall orders are open. Send me a message to reserve yours

🌼 Flowers, just because. 🌼

This pretty little six-pack went out yesterday from a lovely neighbour to another lovely neighbour. ❤️

Because sometimes you don’t need a birthday, an anniversary or a special occasion to brighten someone’s day. A little kindness — and a few buttercream flowers — is reason enough. 🌸

I loved playing with these warm, cheerful colours and creating six little gardens, each one just a little different.

A little sweetness, beautifully given.

Well… apparently there’s a little herd wandering around the Wandering Rose garden. 🐮🌹😂

Tried my hand at Highland cow cupcakes today and I may be a little bit in love with these shaggy faces.

Every one seems to have developed a personality of its own — which somehow makes them even cuter. ❤️

Florals will always have my heart, but sometimes it’s just fun to play!

A little sneak peek… 🌸🧁💕

These lovely bouquets are all dressed up and just waiting to be bursting with blooms — of the cupcake kind. 🌷

Created for a very special bride-to-be, and I cannot wait to see them filled with their buttercream flowers. 💍✨

Sometimes the prettiest things are worth waiting for. 💗

One of my favourite things about buttercream florals is being able to customize the colours and designs especially for the recipients!
A dear friend celebrated her 60th Birthday this weekend 🎂💐

Her favourite colour is yellow because it reminds her of her sweet mom and her favourite place, Hawaii!

Aloha and Happy Birthday Debra❤️

My beautiful granddaughter turned 6 yesterday 🎂💞
It was so fun creating this collection with her favourite colours for her celebration 🥳
and seeing her and her friends with icing smiles!
I think it’s only appropriate to call this collection the “Ellie May”❤️❤️❤️

What a fun weekend! 🌻🧁
Vauxhall Cowboy Days

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the Wandering Rose Bakes booth, supported my little dream, shared kind words, and took home cupcakes. Every purchase, every smile, and every conversation means more than you know. ❤️

Watching people light up when they see (and taste!) these floral cupcakes is one of my favorite parts of this journey.

✨ Do you have a birthday, bridal shower, baby shower, anniversary, retirement, wedding, staff appreciation event, or another special occasion coming up?

I’d love to create something beautiful and delicious just for you!

🌹 Book early to reserve your date—especially for weekends, as availability fills quickly.

Thank you for helping me grow one cupcake at a time. I can’t wait to create something special for your next celebration! 🧁💕

🌾 I need your help.

I’m refining the branding for Wandering Rose Bakes, and I’d love your thoughts.

When you look at these two concepts, don’t just choose the one you think is prettiest…

Choose the one that feels like home.

Think prairie sunsets…
Wild roses climbing along an old fence line…
Fresh coffee on a quiet morning…
Homemade baking shared around the kitchen table…
A business built with heart, intention, and a love for simple, beautiful things.

Which one tells that story to you?

I’d love to know whether you’re drawn to #1 or #2, and if you’re willing, tell me why. Your feedback means more than you know. ❤️
