I usually don’t respond to online drama, but when people deliberately try to destroy my business with lies, enough is enough.

The pictures being shared by Paul Tourountzas about my restaurant Vaticano, are of a building that is not only under renovation, but
I’m also cleaning up the mess that South Sides left behind after I allow them to use my dumpster in good faith. Instead of showing appreciation, I was left to deal with all her garbage!!

As for the flower boxes/fence, it wasn’t installed because I simply wanted one. I installed it after being advised by the Niagara Regional Police to secure my parking lot because of ongoing safety concerns and illegal activity occurring in the area. My priority is protecting my customers, staff, and property.

This all started after I refused to tolerate harassment and unauthorized dumping on my property from South Sides. Ever since then, there has been a coordinated effort to damage my business and my reputation.
I have video surveillance documenting what has taken place, and I stand behind every statement I have made. I won’t be intimidated, bullied, or silenced for protecting my property and operating my business responsibly.
People are free to have opinions. They are not free to spread false information to harm a local business.

I’m attaching photos so everyone can see that I’m being truthful.

Everything I’m doing is not only to improve my own property, but to help make Fort Erie a better place. I love this town, I love the people who live here, and I’m proud to call Fort Erie home. My goal is to clean up my property, improve the area, and contribute positively to our community.

The final straw came when a shooting occurred in my parking lot. That night, the police attended the scene, collected footage from my surveillance cameras, and advise me that I needed to secure my parking lot to help prevent further criminal activity.

That is exactly why I am taking these steps. My goal is to make my property safer—not only for my business, but for the entire community
