A bittersweet update from the Waffle Bandits family. 🧇💔✨

After an incredible year and a half on Jarvis Street, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our restaurant operations. Our last day of service will be February 15th. While the rising costs of a physical shop have become too much to sustain, our hearts are full. We are so grateful to our Jarvis neighbors and this amazing community for embracing us.

But this isn’t goodbye—it’s a pivot! 🚐💨 We are moving 100% into Waffle Bandits Catering, and we need your support to make this next chapter a success.

How you can help during this transition: 1️⃣ Visit us one last time: Come grab a waffle between now and February 15th! 2️⃣ Party with us: Join our Valentine’s Good-Bye Bubble Dance Party on Feb 14th @ 3 PM. 💃🕺 3️⃣ Book a Waffle Day: Tell your school or office to book us for a catering event! 4️⃣ Sunday Breakfast is back: Starting in February, we’ll offer Monthly Breakfast Pickups (last Sunday of every month) at our new commercial kitchen in St. Paul’s Anglican Church. ⛪️

We are closed today, Wednesday January 29. We are spending the day at the hospital with our son Luca who is recovering from surgery. Thank you to everyone who has sent us well wishes, prayers and love.

Hi friends! Our oldest son Luca is getting an emergency appendectomy today, so we will spend the day hanging out with him at McMaster.
