After a busy day, our staff enjoyed a simple and comforting Japanese-style meal.

✨ Crispy Shrimp Tempura
🍜 Oroshi Soba (buckwheat noodles with grated daikon)
🍅 Fresh Tomato Salad

The salad was served with a homemade Japanese-style dressing made from olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce — light, refreshing, and full of flavor.

Paired with a glass of cold barley tea (Mugicha), it was the perfect meal to recharge during a busy shift.

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank everyone who supported us, shared our post, left encouraging comments, and helped spread the word during the recent phone service disruption.

Your support meant a great deal to us and reminded us how fortunate we are to be part of such an amazing community. ❤️

Thanks to your help, our phone service has now been restored and we are continuing normal business operations.
