📢 Good News! Our Phone Line Has Been Restored! 📞

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank everyone who supported us, shared our post, left encouraging comments, and helped spread the word during the recent phone service disruption.

Your support meant a great deal to us and reminded us how fortunate we are to be part of such an amazing community. ❤️

Thanks to your help, our phone service has now been restored and we are continuing normal business operations.

As a small token of appreciation, we are planning a special customer appreciation promotion sometime next week for everyone who supported us during this difficult situation.

According to my signed Bell contract, my business phone service was supposed to cost under $50 per month after discounts.

Instead, I have been charged approximately $280 per month for over a year.

Despite repeatedly trying to resolve the issue, Bell eventually suspended my business phone line during the billing dispute.

For a small restaurant business, losing a business phone line causes overwhelming damage.

When customers hear “this number is not in service,” many naturally assume the business has closed permanently. Some customers have already told us they thought Yukiguni 2 had shut down.

Every day this continues, our restaurant suffers operational, financial, and reputational damage.

Your support truly means a lot during this difficult situation.
