It’s time to meet our lovely front-of-house manager, Andorra!

Andorra is our born & raised local Fernie gal who joined Bramasole as a server in May 2024. She had a quick hiatus when she left us to travel South East Asia, but luckily she returned to us, & since March she’s been our new Brama Mama!

Asking Andorra what she likes about Fernie, it’s the mountains, unlimited adventures, her friends & the community that stand out for her 🫶🏻

In true localite Fernie fashion, Andorra is also the most unbelievable skier – you probably saw her daintily whizz past you in her pink & yellow gear & thought ‘omg…who is that beautiful & incredibly stylish skiier’…& that was our Andorra!

Now, you can see her daintily & stylishly gliding through our patio as she serves you sparkling S’Milka Vista Rose!

Where we introduce you to beautiful faces you may see around the restaurant!

& here to kick things off, a face I’m sure all of you Fernie Folk know…please meet our Head Chef, Corey!

If you’ve ever had the blessing of trying Corey’s food, it makes sense that Corey started to cook at 12 years old & has been working in restaurants since he was 16. After graduating from culinary school at the ripe age of ✨20✨ Corey moved to Fernie where he co-owned The Wood.

Like all of us Fernie travellers, Corey came for a ski season & ended up staying for 7 years…a tale as old as time🙌🏼 He did leave us for the big smoke after 7 years, & there in Vancouver he opened the Twisted Fork.

Luckily for us, the pull of the Rockies brought him back🫶🏻

Corey joined our Brama team in 2024, and oh mama does that make us happy! The nicest & calmest Chef you’ll ever work for, he is behind the magical menu that makes Bramasole so special. We also get first dibs on the Twisted Fern blueberry jam so that’s a big old win for us (everyone should try Coreys’ blueberry jam)🫐

When asking Corey what he likes about Fernie, he mentions the beautiful surroundings, the community & the many people he can call life-long friends. & trust me, Corey should have said the many many many friends - the number of times we’ve had to let people down & say sorry, but Corey’s too busy cheffing up divine pastas to come out for a hello right now🫠
