Our very special w**e dinner with Dirty Laundry & Lightning Rock takes place on Thursday, October 22nd 🤍

✨Join us for an exclusive evening with Lisa from Dirty Laundry and Leah from Lightning Rock, who will personally present their w**es, thoughtfully curated to accompany a specially designed menu by Chef Corey - this promises to be a truly memorable dining experience

We’re keeping things intimate, with limited tickets and just one seating - allowing us to create a special evening centred around great w**e, beautiful food & wonderful company

🤍 Beyond the food and w**e, this evening is also about coming together to support our friends in Summerland. The wildfires this summer have had a devastating impact on the local w**e community, and we want to use this evening to show our support for the w**eries and everyone affected

We’ll be supporting the SOS Wildfire Response Fund, established by the Community Foundation of the South Okanagan Similkameen, with opportunities to contribute throughout the evening

So, gather your w**e-loving friends and join us for an evening of thoughtfully curated w**es & exceptional food - all in support of a wonderful cause🫶🏻

Yuuuum, Chef Corey’s done it again! 👏🏼

We’ve got a few new dishes joining the Brama menu and we’re pretty excited about these ones…

🥗 Insalata d’Autunno
Mixed greens, roasted squash, apples, pomegranate & Gorgonzola, finished with a c***r vinaigrette

🐟 Crostini Nordici
Pistachio mascarpone, smoked salmon & a little hit of red w**e-infused peppercorns

🍅 Patate alla Trapanese
Crispy smashed potatoes with sun-dried tomato, almond & fresh basil pesto, topped with peppery arugula

Know absolutely nothing about w**e? But we love the taste? Perfect. This one’s for you!

🤍Grab your friends and come muddle through five w**es with us as our lovely Liv takes us through a relaxed, beginner-friendly tasting

Five w**es, bites from the kitchen (that sound divine) & absolutely no judgement if you smell berries while everyone else is apparently smelling leather, to***co & something spicy🫠🌶️

We’re keeping things casual, fun and very beginner-friendly:

🍷 5 w**es to taste
🍴 4 mini food pairings

🕕 Arrive 5:45pm — first pairing at 6pm, finishing at 7pm

✨Join us for an evening of great w**e, great food & a little friendly competition, as Dirty Laundry W**ery and Lightning Rock pair their w**es with Chef Coreys’ six-course menu✨

We’re so excited to be hosting this very special w**e dinner on Thursday October 1st, in collaboration with Dirty Laundry W**ery & Lightning Rock.

Both w**eries are situated in Summerland and have felt the devastating effects of the wildfires this summer.

This evening will be dedicated to supporting the Summerland community as it navigates the aftermath of the fires.

We will be donating to the SOS Wildfire Response Fund, created by the Community Foundation of the South Okanagan Similkameen, who have done so much to support Summerland and the surrounding communities.

There will also be opportunities to donate throughout the evening, and your support means so much 🤍

🫶🏻We’re looking forward to an evening of great food, exceptional w**e, and even better company — all while coming together to support our friends in Summerland🫶🏻
