When you order Americano. Here is how we do it 👍

Did you know? The Americano got its name during World War II when American soldiers in Italy wanted a coffee that reminded them of home. They found the strong Italian espresso too intense, so they diluted it with hot water, creating a milder drink. Locals started calling this style “Caffè Americano” — the American coffee. And that’s how the Americano was born!

Nothing like a Flat White while going out for a walk.

This drink originated in Australia and New Zealand during the 80’s. A double shot of espresso topped with fine micro-foam.

We had a great Osmathus Tonic Espresso at a cool cafe in Hong Kong, we wish we could replicate it. Maybe one day 😜

It all started in Los Andes Mountains where coffee farms go from an elevation at sea level to thousands of meters high.

We went on our coffee trip to Colombia and decided to stay to connect with local coffee farmers and to learn about coffee harvesting and production.

Back in Canada we started roasting in small batches in our garage and started thinking of opening space where we could park a bigger roaster and brew in a

We found farmers, found our supremo bean roast recipe and dedicated our cafe space to those who share the same passion for connection over a nice cup of .
