Meet Celine, the powerhouse behind our bar.

She's been slinging drinks as our Lodgetender at MR MIKES West Edmonton Mall since January 2025, and there's nothing she won't help with. Off the clock, she's studying Computing Science and Artificial Intelligence, because apparently mixing the perfect Caesar wasn't challenge enough.

Her go-to order? The Seafeast Fettuccini, every single time. Next time you're in, say hi.
