Plan your lunches for next week! This is another week of lunches prepared by Kitchen Assistant Mica, who is from the Philippines and enjoys sharing recipes from her home country. 🇵🇭

If you like trying something new, try the braised beef with peanut sauce on Monday or the BBQ pork skewers on Wednesdays. These lunch specials are generally not offered on a regular basis, so try them now while you can.

Today's lunch special: Camaron Rellenado (jumbo shrimp wrapped with ground pork and more shrimp, dipped in egg, breaded, and deep fried until crispy), and served with rice and a fresh side salad.
