Thank you as we remember with the closure of Nomiya Ellerslie.

For over 11 wonderful years, our restaurant in the heart of Rutherford and MacEwan has been more than just a place to eat – it’s been a space to gather, celebrate, and create cherished memories together. To our remarkable team, whose dedication has been unparalleled: thank you. Your commitment has shaped Nomiya, and many of you have been with us from our very first days at Calgary Trail. You are more than employees; you are family. Together, we’ve watched our children grow, reach milestones, and move into new chapters of their lives, surrounded by the warmth of this community. To our loyal customers, who have supported us through the years: you have become a part of the Nomiya story. Your friendship and patronage have meant the world to us, and we are deeply grateful. While this is a bittersweet goodbye to our Ellerslie location, we look forward to welcoming you to our original Nomiya on Calgary Trail, as well as our sister restaurant, Chan Can Wok, to share more meals, and make more memories and to celebrate the spirit of our Ellerslie location and all it has meant to us.Thank you for being part of this journey. We officially say farewell to Nomiya Ellerslie with you and continue to welcome you at Nomiya Calgary Trail and Chan Can Wok.With deep gratitude,The Nomiya Family

More memories that remind us how special our Nomiya Ellerslie family has been.

We survived COVID!

It was a very tough time for the restaurant industry but with commitment and care, our team was able to find a way through.

So much gratitude to every one of our staff and all of our customers who continued to grace us with their patronage during that time.
