A crushable Austrian red, light-to-medium bodied, vibrant and easy-drinking, with fresh red berries, soft florals, gentle spice and a little earthiness.

Perfectly paired it with our pork schnitzel, confit chicken, and our tomato-based pastas. Cheers!

Our latest Market to Table feature brings Blindman Brewing into the Pip kitchen!

Mussels in a beer & mustard broth made with Blindman Czech Pale Lager, house bacon, and chives. A little local beer, put to very good use.

has been brewing Alberta beer since 2015, and you can find them at the Old Strathcona Farmers' Market every Saturday and Sunday.

From the market to the table, with a quick stop at the brewery. 🍺
