SINGLE AND READY TO MINGLE

Two brand-new single origin Bolivian coffees just hit the shelves in our brand-new 150g bags!

These two incredible coffees come from the same farm but are processed in two different ways, producing completely different profiles. Very fun to try side by side.

🌺 Bolivia “Yulissa Chambi” | Anaerobic
Hand-picked cherries are fermented whole for 72 hours in sealed, oxygen-free tanks, then depulped and fermented for another 20 hours. The coffee is then washed clean and sun-dried on raised beds.

🪻 Bolivia “Yulissa Chambi” | Washed
Hand-picked cherries are sorted for ripeness, depulped, and fermented for 20 hours. The coffee is then washed clean and sun-dried on raised beds until it reaches its ideal moisture level.

NEW BAG WHO DIS

After nearly a year of design and production, we are very pleased to announce: THE NEW ACE BAGS ARE HERE!!!

We couldn’t be happier with how these turned out, and we’re excited to finally have them on our shelves, with our wholesale partners, and, of course, in your homes!

A couple of fun details about the new bags: they have a great texture and hand feel thanks to their cotton paper/PET/PE construction. They also feature a fun new transparent window on the bottom so you can see your beans, plus a spiffy embossed ACE logo on the front.

A few sizing notes! We’re now offering three sizes:

• 150g for our single-origin coffees
• 300g for our smaller mainstays
• 1KG for keeping the coffee cupboard stocked, filling your hopper, and making fewer emergency coffee runs!

We hope you love ’em as much as we do ☕️
