Founded in 1929, the Highlands Golf Club is a members owned club located in Edmonton, Alberta. The golf course is situated in the beautiful North Saskatchewan River Valley, just minutes east of the downtown core. Highlands was built on a foundation of camaraderie and a passion for golf, which still stands as we encourage new members to embrace the essentials: breathtaking scenery, a sophisticated course with a welcoming atmosphere and members who show up for the love of the game. Highlands has set the standard for grooming excellence and has a strong reputation for being one of the best groomed courses in Western Canada. At just over 6,400 yards long and playing to a par 71 with a slope rating of 128, the course is an enjoyable test of golfing skill. The clubhouse has one of the finest views in Edmonton with a well appointed Lounge and Dining Room. The Club can accommodate private meetings, weddings, special events and corporate tournaments from small to large. It's a great place to entertain your business associates, or simply relax after a game. Delicious eats, refreshing beverages and great company are just three of many elements that make up the hidden gem that is Highlands.

Congratulations to our member Wendy Phanthikane who received her 1st Hole-In-One last week!
⛳Wendy Phanthikane - Hole #12 – September 15, 2026

Wendy is a new member in her 2nd season here at Highlands and had this to say about her ACE experience...
"I was late and we started on the back, so my first two holes were horrendous. I had to regroup and just focused on getting on the green. I hit it perfectly and we all watched it land 6ft in front and roll in. We did back to back tequilas and my scorecard continued to suffer, but watching the ball drop will be a memory I will cherish forever".
Golfing with Wendy, were her main golf crew Dan, Jordan, and Mike. Shoutout to Graeme for coming afterwards and having a beer with us.

🏌️‍♂️ A Celebration of Highlands History! 🏌️‍♀️

This week, we had the pleasure of hosting our ever-popular Past Presidents Day of Golf Tournament, bringing together an incredible group of past presidents representing 34 years of Highlands history!

It was wonderful to welcome so many of the individuals who have played such an important role in shaping and supporting Highlands Golf Club over the years.

To all of our past presidents who joined us this year, thank you for being part of such a special day. And to those who couldn’t make it this year, we are thinking of you and are equally grateful for everything you have contributed to Highlands.

Your leadership, dedication, and passion have helped make Highlands the club it is today, and for that, we are eternally grateful. ❤️

🏆Congratulation to team Gary Brennan and Si Fialkow who won this years tournament!
