🥖 Fresh from the oven!

Our French baguettes are naturally leavened and slowly fermented, giving them a beautifully crisp golden crust, a light and airy centre, and plenty of flavour.

Made with certified organic unbleached flour and baked fresh Monday through Saturday, they are usually ready between 9:30 and 10:00 AM.

Perfect with butter, alongside soup, for sandwiches—or simply torn and enjoyed just as they are. 🤍

🥐 WE’RE HIRING — BAKER HELPER

Breadland Bakery & Café is looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join our bakery team as a Baker Helper.

Schedule:
Tuesday–Saturday
Starting at 5:00 AM, usually finishing around 9:00 AM (some days may be a little longer depending on production).

The position includes:
• Pastry preparation and production
• Cinnamon bun production
• Bread slicing
• Cleaning and daily assigned tasks
• Working independently once training is completed

No baking experience is required — we will provide training. However, good hand skills, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently are important. Previous kitchen or food-production experience is an asset.

We’re looking for someone who is interested in a long-term position and is comfortable with early mornings and a fast-paced bakery environment.
