Jason Priestley has built a remarkable career on both sides of the camera as director and producer, while maintaining his status as one of Canada’s most beloved actors. A little known fact is that beyond the screen, Jason has cultivated another craft entirely: winemaking.

Jason’s deep involvement in the industry includes his tenure as co-owner of Black Hills Estate Winery in the Okanagan, where he served on the advisory board and played a significant role in key decision-making for the property. His creative vision and love for storytelling have all found new expression in Oak & Priest—the brand he founded with Chad Oakes, his dear friend, business partner and the producer behind Nomadic Pictures—one of North America’s most respected production companies. With the duo’s success in film and TV, Oak & Priest wines bring the same bold approach to winemaking.

This four-part harmony features SABOR’s signature brand of hospitality, led by Christian as Jason and Chad personally guide guests through the Oak & Priest portfolio of four wines paired with a menu showcasing the finest Canadian ingredients from coast to coast by Chef Lino.
