The women of Robert Spencer Hospitality are setting a new standard for leadership, and we have taken notice. From the Chef’s in our kitchen and General Managers of our restaurants to our Director of Operations, these women are not only taking the lead but inspiring others to be the best versions of themselves. Our approach has always been, women don’t need to show that they are better than men, they just need to show they are the best for the job. And these 5 have proven to be just that. We hope that all the staff, not just the other women of RSH will aspire to be like them. Because let’s be honest, on top of all the amazing things they do, just being a woman is in itself, a superpower. We have countless incredible women throughout RSH, and we are proud to showcase just a few of them here.
