We’re honoured to welcome the incredibly talented Chef Lili of Redstar for a one-night-only pop-up dinner on August 27.

Inspired by nostalgic dishes and the flavours of her heritage, this special evening brings Chef Lili’s story to the table through a menu designed to feel both familiar and entirely her own.

Two ticketed seatings are available (6pm and 8pm). Tickets are $10 per person and include a welcome beverage and reserve your spot for the evening. Menu items will be available à la carte.

Expect intentional, continuous movement with a focus on mindful training, strength, stability, and control. All levels are welcome, with progressions throughout class so you can choose the level that feels right for your body.

Tickets are $30 and include a beverage of your choice from Take Care + an Oribe hair care bundle from Weekly Salon .

Long overdue, but meet Chantel!

Chantel is currently working toward her After-Degree in Elementary Education (following a degree in Psychology), and when she’s not at Take Care, you can probably find her with a book in hand, our for a neighborhood walk, or bopping around town looking for vintage and consignment gems.

Her coffee order? Technically not coffee. She’s loyal to a strawberry matcha or an iced oat matcha.
