Thank you to everyone in the Delwood community and beyond for the overwhelming support, kind messages, and shared memories on our last post. Knowing how much Bing was loved by his neighbours means the world to our family.

We held his funeral service this past Wednesday and laid him to rest. On this Father’s Day, we are deeply missing his laughter and his teasing spirit, but we are so grateful for the memories we got to share with him.

Celebrating the life and honouring the memory of the man who started it all.

We are deeply saddened to share that our father and grandfather, Bing Lee, the original founder of Bing’s, has passed away.

When he first immigrated here and opened the doors, Bing’s quickly became much more than just a convenience store—it was also a neighborhood gathering place. Bing was always laughing, smiling, and sharing a joke with anyone who walked through the door. For over 50 years, the store became a cornerstone of the Delwood community and a proud family business. To generations of neighbors, he was the friendly face behind the counter and the heart of the neighborhood.

We would like to invite the community he loved so much to join us in celebrating his life. Service details are listed below and in the image attached.
