⚠️Reminder to fellow vendors: even with legit organizers, always make sure payment terms, deposits, and agreements are clear before the event. Protect your business, your time, and your hard work. Professionalism should go both ways. ⚠️

Not all organizers operate this way. There are many well-known events that successfully use ticketing systems and organizer-owned POS systems professionally and transparently.

This is actually our first experience encountering an issue like this.
