World Mental Health Day

I found out that today is World Mental Health from watching Formula 1 Racing. I Love Formula 1 Racing. Through lots of planning and strict Health Regulation F1 was able to race again. Lando Norris, Carlos Sainz and the McLaren team are raising awareness and supporting Metal Health. This is so great. They are using their worldwide platform for good. As someone who has Anxiety & PTS, this is so wonderful, especial during the Pandemic. They are so many people suffering from Metal Health issue and so many new people suffering from Mental Health issue brought on by the Pandemic. Awareness and Support are so important. These make it so much easier for people with Mental Health issues. We’re not alone, it’s okay, we’re not freaks, we can make it through this, Help is out there.
