It’s still summer.. so let’s celebrate outdoor cooking on our sunny days.. it is also tomato season with lots of varieties .. including fabulous heritage varieties at local food shops, farm market stores and our own Dundas Farmers’ Market! The tastes of summer corn, tomatoes, eggplants and more are with us now.. BBQ skewers, racks, tongs, flippers, corn picks, butter spreaders, steamers, decorative screened food protectors, fab suede mitts and gorgeous side plates are here for your end-of-summer feasts!

I know that there are lots of Dundas grown ups and likely a lot more young hockey players that would love to have a photo taken of themselves with the Stanley Cup! Tomorrow is the Day that Mark Jankowski is bringing the treasured Cup for you all at the Dundas Driving Park between 12 & 2 pm Thanks Mark! If it rains.. go the the Grightmire Arena on Market Street. They’ll be waiting for you!!

GIRLS GOING FISHING!!! Yes we are!! Closed on Sunday and Monday .. August 2nd and 3rd! We are going to have a bit of a good long weekend and hope you do too!! See you Tuesday morning at 10 am!

The Dundas Farmers’market will be closed today due to very poor air quality. We will see you next week.
This Saturday the Waterdown Market will be open with someof our vendors being there.. 8 am to 1 pm in the Legion parking lot… and also on Saturday the Ottawa Street Farmers Market in Hamilton from 8 am to 2 pm in the parking lot to the East of Ottawa street.. close to Cannon. Take good care!

If this looks like a lot of BBQ BITS…it is! More arrived yesterday making it a great time to pop in and see our selection! We are open 7 days a week..with Sunday hours being noon to 4. Hope to see you soon!

There is a nasty rumour out there that it is going to rain most of this coming week.. with all the strawberries and rhubarb out there.. might be a good time to try this very sturdy silicone bakeware and come up with a treat for the family! Come in and check it out!!! Y’know it will make every happy!!

On occasion..”POPS of COLOUR” become a theme in some products in our shop! These Canadian made bird houses fit the bill for that subject! Three sizes between $31 to $50.. and a much larger size at $106. Such fun!! Our lemon fluicers have arrived as well.. we have been calling those that have left contact numbers ..hope to see you soon!
