from scratch, delicious cake! The cafe uses Island Farm milk in our specialty coffees. We do not charge extra for alternative milks.

Big news from upstairs!

The Yoga Place is opening this October, right above us at the Duncan Garage, and we couldn't be happier about who's moving in.

Charlotte and her team of teachers are exactly the kind of neighbours this building was made for: warm, welcoming, and all about community. Their motto says it all: "Come for the yoga. Stay for the community."

We can't wait to see what you do with the space! 😊
