It’s no secret why our Blackened Beef Wrap is a total local favorite. 🌯🔥 Its rich, savoury flavours and satisfying, meaty bite makes it a perfect example of pub food done right.

This dish is loaded with slow-roasted sirloin, melty white cheddar cheese, and sautéed mushrooms and onions, all seasoned with smoky cajun spices and finished with chipotle aioli. Roll all that goodness up into a warm flour tortilla, pair it with your favourite side dish, and you’re well on your way to beefy heaven! 🤤

Our $10 Snacky Hour features our meaty, slow-roasted pork riblets, flash-fried and tossed in your favorite flavor: Honey, Hot, Beer-B-Cue, Red Hot, Garlic Pepper, Salt & Pepper, Lemon Pepper, or Cajun. They are super easy to share and pair perfectly with a cold beer or a nice cocktail.

Since 2006, we have proudly brewed our signature beer lineup in small batches, right in-house. 🍻 Next time you drop by, look into the brewhouse and you might catch our brewmaster, Warren, hard at work! Here he is preparing the spent grain from one of his brews to go to one of our local farmer friends - the grain makes great livestock feed, and we love supporting our local farms!
