July 28-29th 2023.. we quietly opened the doors to Hank’s and truly had no idea what to except. This year has been the most challenging by far, balancing change, the hustle, and the relentless with progress and achievements, carving routine and consistency out of crazy . It can be hard sometimes to step back and see what we’ve created or to see how far we’ve come but every once in a while we do and it always leaves us speechless. This bakery is our life, we are so grateful for every single person who has chosen to walk through our doors as a customer or to our team who work with us on this journey. We’re on the right path, and can’t wait to see what comes next. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤️

Did you know that Hank’s turns 3 at the end of this month!!!!
It’s hard to comprehend how amazing, challenging and rewarding this journey has been, and all thank-yous go to you the customer and to our hard working crew.
As a way to say thank you to them and to recharge our batteries a little bit, we will be taking a week off in the first week of August. Normal hours will resume Tuesday August 11th at 8am.
