July 28-29th 2023.. we quietly opened the doors to Hankās and truly had no idea what to except. This year has been the most challenging by far, balancing change, the hustle, and the relentless with progress and achievements, carving routine and consistency out of crazy . It can be hard sometimes to step back and see what weāve created or to see how far weāve come but every once in a while we do and it always leaves us speechless. This bakery is our life, we are so grateful for every single person who has chosen to walk through our doors as a customer or to our team who work with us on this journey.
