It’s a girls’ kind of Dance Friday! 💃💛

Bibi, Shelby, Kristen, Sam, Michaela and our very special guest… graduate Rhiannon! 🥹✨

There’s something pretty magical about watching the team come together, turn up the music, teach each other moves, laugh, dance and make another one of those moments at Lil E that you just don’t forget.

And Rhiannon coming back to dance with the team? That’s the kind of full circle moment we LOVE. 💛

This is Dance Friday at Lil E.
And we’re here for every single beat. 🎶✨

Happy Thursday! We’re incredibly grateful to be recognized last week with a DDRC Inclusion Award for Employment. 💛

But this one feels bigger than an award.

It’s a celebration of the young adults who show up, learn, grow, contribute, and remind us every day that what makes us different is what makes us great.

At Lil E, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to build skills, gain real experience, discover what they’re capable of, and have their strengths recognized.

We’re so thankful to the people who believe in our mission, support our team, open doors, and help us keep building futures through meaningful employment.

Thank you for seeing what we see.
And thank you for celebrating inclusion with us. 💛

💃 DANCE FRIDAY! 🕺

This week, we have Kristen, Bibi, and Brett bringing the moves!

And even in dance, you can see how kind this team is, teaching each other new moves, exploring new musical styles, smiling and waving at passersby.

Different moves. Different music. Same kindness. ✨

Making magical moments at Lil E. 💛☕️

🍂☕️ Meet the team’s fall picks! 💛

Our fall lineup is officially here, and we asked the team one very important question:

Which one are YOU ordering? 👀

10 seconds to see the teams personal fall favourite, from cozy classics to sweet, spiced goodness. 🤎

Now it’s your turn… which one are you choosing? 🍁☕️

🍂 Brown Butter Chai
🤎 Cinnamon Roll Latte
🌰 Honey Hazelnut Latte
🎃 Praline Pumpkin Spice Latte

Come fall in love with your new favourite. 💛

💛 DANCE FRIDAY! 💛

Life happens for everyone. Some days are harder than others, and sometimes the best thing you can do is surround yourself with people who bring a little extra joy.

This is teamwork. 💃🕺

Just connection, laughter, supportive hugs in dance form, and a whole lot of energy!

Dance can boost confidence, lift your mood, re-energize your day and strengthen a team. And honestly? It just makes work more fun.

We’re so proud of a team that shows up for each other, lifts each other and genuinely cares. 💛

So grab your people, grab a stranger, grab your coffee…

Come see us. We’re dancing! ☕️💃

Your coffee is made with love, intention, and our secret ingredient: LOVE.

Thank you for every laugh, connection and experience you bring into our team’s lives. It means more than you know. 💛

🍂🍁☕️ What do YOU think is coming to our fall lineup?! 👀

We asked our teams in Calgary and Toronto what they think might be making an appearance this fall… and they came up with some seriously creative ideas! 💛

Now we want to hear YOUR guesses! 👇

We’re so excited about this year’s lineup and we promise, you won’t have to wait much longer… they’re getting dropped VERY soon. 👀☕️

It’s going to be a delicious fall! 💛🍂🍁☕️

🕺🏼💃🏼 DANCE FRIDAY IS HERE! 💃🏼🕺🏼

And honestly… THIS is why we do it. 💛

No choreography. No rehearsals. No perfectly timed moves.

Just music, connection, confidence, ridiculous amounts of joy… and the vibes hitting just right. 😂🔥

These guys aren’t following a routine, they’re following the moment. And when they’re feeling it, you can FEEL it.

That’s the magic of Lil E. ✨

We believe everyone deserves a place where they can show up exactly as they are, feel like they belong, and have a whole lot of fun while doing it.

Sometimes that looks like meaningful work.
Sometimes it looks like building confidence.
And sometimes… it looks like absolutely KILLING IT on the dance floor. 😂🕺🏼

Happy Dance Friday, friends.
Turn the music up. Find your people. Feel the vibe. 💛

What makes us different makes us great.

Dance Friday! 💃💃💃
What’s better than a Justin Bieber dance party after a rush?☕️
Not much! 😊

Dance is one of the ways we bring joy to the workplace, and we’re so happy to bring a little of that joy to you, too. 💛

Happy weekend, everyone! ✨
