Yesterday I had the pleasure of preparing a table for our friend's birthday. Since most of the guests were russian speaking - I was inspired with Slavic vibe. Smoked salce on rye black bread , seledochka on baby potatoes with marinated onions , smoked salmon with fresh cucumber and much more. Hot meal was beuf bourguignon on mashed potatoes. When people asked me that they need a catering like this for their event - my answer is you don't need to. Just put some of your love and time and voila 🤩
