Tender chicken tossed in our house gochujang, doenjang, honey & garlic glaze — sweet, savoury, a little spicy and packed with umami. Served over sesame rice with roasted seasonal vegetables.
🇯🇵 JAPANESE MISO BUTTER BEEF — $25
Tender sliced sirloin finished in a rich miso, roasted garlic & butter sauce, served with Desert Hills Farm roasted potatoes and seasonal roasted vegetables.
🥩 SIRLOIN STEAK DINNER — $25
Grilled sirloin steak topped with sautéed onions & mushrooms, served with Desert Hills Farm roasted potatoes and seasonal roasted vegetables.

🌶️ SICHUAN GREEN BEAN COOK-AT-HOME KIT — $15
We do the prep, you cook them fresh at home! Each kit comes with a generous portion of fresh green beans, our house-made Sichuan sauce and all the garnishes, ready to hit the frying pan.

🍎🥃 WILL’S KRAKEN SPICED RUM APPLE CRUMBLE — $15
Fresh Desert Hills Farm apples tossed with warm fall spices and Kraken Black Spiced Rum, baked under a buttery brown sugar crumble topping and finished with our Kraken rum sauce.

Our potatoes and seasonal vegetables are coming fresh from the farm! This week we’re roasting cauliflower, broccoli, onions, corn & carrots, plus those beautiful local potatoes.
