Wanted to share quick update about what we have in mind for juniper_creemore next door.

The Pine isn’t expanding, but we are expanding our minds, passions and creativity.

When Good Grief Coffee Roasters let us know their plans to leave our shared space, we saw an opportunity to evolve it into something that would allow The Pine and lore_collingwood to explore, experiment and bring new ideas to life.

This fall, Juniper Test Kitchen will come to life, a long-awaited dream of Chef Jeremy Austin.

6 years in and every day still feels like day one.

To be named #48 on North Americas 50 best feels honestly unbelievable. We started this vision literally in our parents’ kitchen. Built this thing with borrowed tools and borrowed time into the powerhouse it is today.

The blood, sweat, tears, pain — the floods, power outages, snowstorms, the nights a glass explodes in the dishwasher, or a guest shows up and doesn’t eat fish or seafood — all those hard fu***ng days were worth it today.

To every other restaurant in North America, many of whom probably deserve this more than us, thank you for pushing us forward and giving us the energy to be better every single day.

Today, LFG is more than an acronym.

Let’s Fu***ng Go.

Today, our story turns a new page. We are thrilled to announce the opening of , our new restaurant in downtown Collingwood.

It’s been a wild few months getting all the details in place - and somehow, here we are. A new space, a new menu of shared plates, and the chance to tell familiar stories in unexpected ways.

To the team who built this with us, and to every guest who has ever sat at our table at The Pine - thank you. We wouldn’t be here without you. We hope to see you at L O R E soon. 🙏
