A note from the owner.

Last week I posted AI-generated images of our burgers. You called it out — loud and clear — and you were right. I took the posts down because they didn’t represent what we actually serve.
That was the wrong call from me, and I own it.

So here’s the real thing. Shot today. No filters, no AI, no studio.

Fresh-pressed beef patties. Real bacon off our flat-top. Cheese melting where it lands. Our branded bun, stamped in-house. This is what comes out of the truck window at 361 Eleventh St E.

From here on out, every photo you see on this page is the food we actually make — phone in one hand, spatula in the other.

Thank you for holding us to a higher standard. We hear you.
