Growing up I was that kid who wanted to destroy everything. My mom was the only one that could calm me down. To the mothers who love their sons unconditionally that is true love.

She taught me life is short, to not waste time and enjoy it now. She’s the reason why Morning Tide Eatery exists. I just wanted to show her what I did before it was her time to go. She saw me do it for 2 solid years. Now I’m here 6 years later thinking what now?……

I’m truly grateful for my experiences in life. That bucket list you make…. Make sure you cross s**t off that list!

I took some of this poutine home today and tbh it’s good. Maybe it’s the gravy…. Maybe it’s the way flavours all work together.

Asian brisket poutine - house potatoes, brisket, cheese curds, gravy, pickled onions, pickled serrano, carmalized onions, bell pepper, cilantro

Breakfast poutine - house potatoes, pancetta, cheese curds, gravy, choice of egg, green onion
