Custom Gourmet Cafe at the Comox Valley Curling Centre, reopens Thursday Sept 24th! (Closed the 26th for a booking)
New regular hours, same great food! Come on down to the cafe and watch curling, learn the game, meet the members maybe even join a team! Or enjoy a Burger and a B**r up in the bar and watch a football or hockey game on the big screens.

What a whirlwind the last couple weeks has been. We opened the rink for the Comox Exhibition, Chef worked another week at the gorgeous The Breakwater Lodge on sonora island. We just finished the last weddings of the 2026 season, and we are now gearing up to reopen the Comox Valley Curling Centre Cafe, and serve our friends at the Pacific Salmon Foundation fundraiser Gala this coming weekend! We also welcomed back one of our previous staff members and gained a couple of new faces! A very productive summer!

This week Chef was at Breakwater Lodge on Sonora Island, cooking up meals for some very lucky fishermen. I highly recommend checking out the lodge for intimate fishing trips, gorgeous scenery, and tons of wildlife. The owners Steph and Wes are wonderful as are their fishing guides, Dawson and Eric. What a great week!
