☀️ SUMMER SPECIAL ☀️

Nam Khaeng Sai (น้ำแข็งไส) — Thailand’s original shaved ice, and the coolest way to beat the heat.

Underneath that mountain of finely shaved ice sits a whole world of texture and flavor: palm seeds, sweet palm fruit meat, black beans, red beans, all pulled together with palm sugar syrup. Then it’s finished with a pour of coconut milk — and depending on the day, a scoop of ice cream on top.

In Thailand, nam khaeng sai isn’t dessert you rush through. It’s the thing you order after a hot afternoon, shared at a plastic table with friends, spoon digging down through the layers to get a little of everything in one bite. Every vendor has their own mix, their own ratio of sweet to salty-coconut, so no two bowls taste quite the same.

We’re bringing that same spirit to Thonburi Thai food this summer — available for a limited time only. 🥥🍧
