5 YEARS OF STRAKE SANDWICH CO.! 🍔🎉

Wow. It feels like just yesterday we were opening up the windows for the very first time, completely unsure of what to expect. Fast forward to today, and we are officially kicking off Year 5!

To celebrate, we dug into the archives. Check out ⁠these photos for a little trip down memory lane to Day 1 of the food trailer.

Look at that young, ambitious chef! From our early days slinging food at the Collingwood Terminals, to our awesome chapters setup at The Collingwood Brewery, and finally finding our current home here behind TREETZ in October 2024—it has been one absolutely wild, incredible ride.

From perfecting our 50/50 ground chuck and brisket burgers to braising endless pounds of meat, every stop along the way has been unforgettable. We couldn’t have made it to year five without the incredible support of our amazing local community, our regulars who followed us across town, and everyone who has stopped by for a bite. You guys make all the hard work entirely worth it.
