We've heard a few of you calling it "Polish Poutine" and we love it! 😍
Triple cooked potatoes for that super crisp outside and impossibly fluffy inside, oyster mushrooms sauteed in butter and a super garlicky crema on top. 🥔🧄

We are closed for a private function tonight, but we've got you covered on wings and burgers, fret not!
This week's burger feature will be a slow roasted, shaved beef sando, creamy horseradish sauce and au jus for dipping!

Our current beef steak is a riff on the famous Chicago sandwich "Hot Beef" 🥩
Sweet and spicy peppers, pickled pepperoncini and onions are caramelized in our own rendered beef tallow (for extra beefiness) and stewed until perfect! 🌶️🫑
Topped with a roasted red pepper rouille and antipasto, you get all the flavours of a backyard BBQ without even going outside! 🍖
