As a food truck, we go through a lot of cheese, and quality matters. Their curds are always fresh, squeaky, and absolutely top notch. They make a big difference in every poutine we serve.

What an incredible weekend at the Cold Lake Air Show!

One of the best parts of working alongside other food trucks is getting to support one another by swapping meals after serving the same menu all day. It’s a simple gesture that makes these events even more special. ☺️

A huge thank you to all the organizers, volunteers, and everyone working behind the scenes for putting together such a fantastic event. ✈️👌🏻

✈️AIR SHOW WEEKEND – CASH ONLY 💵

Just a friendly heads-up before you head to the Air Show this weekend!

Due to limited cellular service on the air base, we’ll be accepting CASH ONLY all weekend.

There will be a public ATM on site, and most food trucks and many other vendors will likely be cash only as well.

The lineups are expected to be huge, so having cash on hand will help keep things moving and get you served much faster.

Thanks for understanding - we can’t wait to see you at the Air Show! 🫶🏻
