In Memory of Larry Charette
The Lee Golf Course community continues to remember and celebrate the life of Larry Charette who passed away late last year.
Larry was a long-standing member of the Lee Golf Course, a past member of the Executive Board and most importantly a valued friend to many. His passion for the game of golf, his dedication to our club and the friendships he built over the years left a lasting impact on everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
To honour Larry’s memory and his love for golf, several of his regular golfing companions came together to donate a memorial bench. The bench has been placed at the 7th tee, where members and guests can take a moment to rest, reflect and enjoy the course that Larry cared so deeply about.
We extend our sincere thanks to the members who made this tribute possible: Sandy Ross, Denis Clement, Tim Chamandy, Dan Maltais, Jean-Guy Éthier, Terry Jewell, Don Definney, Wally Osmar, and Kevin Lehman.
Larry’s presence is missed, but his memory will remain a part of the Lee Golf Course for years to come.
