Which flavour / flavour combination is your favourite?! 👀👇🏼

My second born LOVES cheesecake bars so much that he’s officially figured out how to sneak into the freezers and steal them. 🤣😂

So tell me… does he deserve to have all the cheesecake bars just for his cleverness? Or do I need to remind him that these are, in fact, a business and not an all-you-can-eat cheesecake buffet? 💀😂

Good thing mama had all of your orders and the boxes for family and friends pre-boxed before he managed to break in! 🤣🤎🍰

As we move into fall, I’ll be slowing things down a little with the coffee bar and baking. 🤎

I’m not disappearing — I’m just taking some much-needed time to rest, recharge and recover from a very busy, adventurous and creative summer. 🥹✨

My availability will be more limited over the coming months, but for those with gift certificates or, let’s be real, a serious Sweet Soul craving… 😂☕️🍪 feel free to reach out! We can always coordinate something around my schedule.

It’s been so much fun, and I’m definitely not ready to give it up. I’m just recognizing that I’m in a season where I need to slow down and reprioritize. Between burnout, grief, working, being a mama and all the other pieces of life, I know I need to give myself some room to breathe over the winter.

Thank you for all of the love, support, patience and understanding you’ve shown me. It truly means more than you know. 🤎

Sweet Soul isn’t going anywhere — we’re just entering a slower, cozier season. ☕️🍂✨
