454 grams of Mount Cheam Dark Roast will brighten up a few dark mornings. Brew it at a 12:1 ratio of water to coffee by weight for a really strong cup that has notes of dark chocolate and dark stone fruits. Brew it a bit weaker if that’s your preference. Experiment, try stuff out, see what you like. Enjoy!
