Barking Irons Roastery is where green coffee beans are roasted with love to roast the best coffee we can. There will also be added merchandise offered for sale.

Freshly roasted coffee will be packaged and sold at markets, as well as retail stores. HOWDY Y’ALL
In February, 2016, fueled by faith and determination, barking irons ranch (a beautiful valley, in the Lower Nicola area of BC, with the long-known name for its lake within it – dry lake) was acquired by four families. Each of these families brought their measure of passion for going the extra mile in

life and adventure. This valley, along with its passionate families, spawned numerous ventures, from garlic and vegetable production to grazing beef cattle. Today, 2020, with the same faith, determination, and passion, Barking Irons Coffee Roastery came into being. Roasted and brewed on old-fashioned values, we understand the importance of quality and satisfaction that can only come from hard work as it did with the ranchers who worked and tended their cattle in time past on the very valley of dry lake where our passions were allowed to live and grow. One can almost smell the aroma of bunk house coffee amidst the scent of cattle as they roamed this valley, and the sigh of satisfaction as the last cup was had and the cowboy laid down to sleep under an open sky. From the very beginning of our families coming together, in this valley, we have determined to make the lord Jesus Christ the senior partner in all our work, life and business.

1 Corinthians 10:31, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." As you drink our coffee, savor the richness of our specially and carefully roasted beans, gathered from all over the world, and brewed to your taste, you too will reflect and be filled with the same faith and determination as we, and the ranchers before us have, for the passions in their, ours and your lives. I’m heading on a road trip, just me, myself, and I!
It had me thinking, what do you all do for coffee on the road?

Do you make your own? If so, what process?
Do you bring a bottomless thermos?

Tell me, I would love to know your process!
There is so many ways, we definitely don’t have to suffer through gas station coffee anymore these days!

Also, this has me thinking in so many directions!!

When I was a kid, I had the best sticker book! I collected and traded so many stickers!!
Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be in my 50s and still messing around with soo many stickers!! 😂
