Our chef learned the art of making Pasta in Seoul, Korea,
at a place that has been serving its signature Pasta for years
and is still loved by locals today.

We brought that inspiration all the way from Seoul to Chilliwack,
adding our own touch to create something that feels familiar,
yet a little unexpected.

[Operating Schedule]

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to share
a small update regarding
our operating schedule
for September.

Mosaic Plate first opened
its doors on June 4,
and over the past few months, we have been
learning,
improving,
and working through
many unexpected challenges. Thanks to your support,
we are now gradually finding
our rhythm and becoming
more stable each day.

My wife and our
21 month baby daughter
have been staying in Korea
while I prepared for
this new chapter.
We will be traveling to
Korea soon to reunite
and return to Canada
together as a family.

Because of this,
Mosaic Plate will be closed
for four days in September
while we make this journey.

We sincerely apologize for
any inconvenience and
truly appreciate
your understanding and
patience.

We will be back with our family, refreshed and ready to
continue growing,
improving, and
putting even more
heart into Mosaic Plate.

Hello Everyone👐
This is Mosaic Plate.
We’ve officially been open
for one month now.

Over the past month,
We’ve been listening closely
to your feedback and continuously upgrading
our menu and our system
to make things better,
step by step.

We’ve added more breakfast options so you can enjoy
a wider variety of choices
in the morning.
We’re also improving our take‑out service and
are currently joining Uber
so you’ll soon be able to order our food more conveniently.

Thanks to all of your feedback, we’ve been able to adjust and refine our menu in many ways, raising the overall quality
so we can provide the best service possible.
Of course,
We may not be able to meet every single request,
but we will continue to liste
to your concerns
and suggestions and
do our best to improve.
