Johnny’s is looking for an experienced and highly organized Bookkeeper to support both of our family-owned businesses — a busy restaurant and a large painting company.

We’re seeking someone with exceptional attention to detail who takes pride in accuracy, stays on top of deadlines, and ensures tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while keeping our financial records organized and up to date.

Requirements:
• Restaurant bookkeeping experience
• Strong bookkeeping and accounting experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of labour standards, payroll regulations, and compliance requirements
• Understanding of contractor and subcontractor agreements, documentation, and reporting
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Experience with bookkeeping software and financial reporting

Shift Hours:
7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
