Introducing our Beef Cheek Barbacoa.

Slow braised Mexican style beef cheek, incredibly tender & packed with rich savoury flavour, finished with spiced peanuts for the perfect crunch. Served alongside a crispy street corn inspired polenta, layered with chimichurri, chipotle aioli, pickled onions & crumbled feta.

M.V.P. Spotlight

It's all about the game, and how you play it!

Evolution, growth and sheer commitment to the team vision is the essence of Twisted Lemon.

Starting with a record mothersday, Rion considered his team before himself.

When it is time for breaks volunteered to hold the line so everyone else could go first.

When he had a moment he gave it to another station.

When the day grew longer and fatigue started to set in, he motivated his crew and re energized the mindset. Rion did all of this on just a couple of hours of sleep, (against all advice) cause thats what 17yr Olds do 🙄

Rions attitude and performance stood out to the entire team and they all commented on how awesome he did.

Over the last number of months, chef Dan has had the TL kitchen focused on honing technique, cross training for team development and elevating creativity.

Rion has consistently embraced each and every new task and is demonstrating strong leadership skills and unquestionable passion.

Not only has Rion been strong when taking direction from his superiors but he also shows great strength in teaching and helping his peers with less experience.

Keep it up Rion.
