👨🏻‍🍳Last week we had the incredible opportunity to participate in the Festival of Small Halls | ON Chef's Table series at 1 Elgin restaurant.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire kitchen crew at the NAC for the incredible hospitality, professionalism, and warmth you showed me last weekend.

It was a true pleasure and privilege to join you again this year as guest chef for the Chef’s Table dinner series. From the prep to the final plate, your skill, focus, and generosity made the experience unforgettable.

Thank you for welcoming me into your kitchen and making me feel right at home. It was an absolute pleasure to cook alongside such a talented team! 🙏👨‍🍳👩‍🍳🤩
..oh, and sorry for the excessive use of beets 😅 Great job keeping those plates clean, though!
