We are super excited to be serving food at the cardston summer market! Come enjoy all of the amazing vendors!

The food will be served from 11:00am - 2:00pm at the civic center on July 30th, so come down and grab a yummy lunch!

I’ve provided the link below for pre-orders of take home and fresh hot orders below as we will only have a limited amount of each!

Options of:
- Two sweet pork tacos $11.00
- Sweet pork salad $11.00

* Both include tortillas, sweet pork, rice, beans, lettuce, cheese, and pico de Gallo.
* Guacamole and cilantro lime are both $.75 extra

If you are unable to stop and eat it hot we will have take home containers of:

- Sweet pork 16oz container $22.00
- Cilantro lime rice $4.00
- Black beans $4.00
- Pico de Gallo $7.00
- Guacamole $7.00
- Cilantro lime dressing $6.00
- Fresh tortillas (5) $3.00
- * each 16oz container serves 4-5 people

We will also have a dessert of Oreo cookies! $3/cookie!

We will be giving away two free meals for two lucky people who like and share this post!
* pick up will be at the civic center between 11:00am-2:00pm

My little business has been soo much fun the last few years. I initially started out selling meal kits and have now moved more into catering weddings and events and have loved every minute!! Thanks so much for your love and support!!!

The order form for meal kits on May 15th will be available soon!

We had hoped to do another set of meals this weekend, but we are still waiting on some equipment to arrive for the homemade tortillas! (Rolling out tortillas by hand was aloooot of work)

I’d also like to take the time to thank my amazing husband, Seth, for whole heartedly helping and supporting me with the start up of this business and working hard to help me and it succeed!

What a day!! We just wanted to say thanks so much to everyone! We had so much fun making your meals today and can’t wait until next time!😊😊

Today was for sure a great learning experience for me, on what worked really well and what we can do better next time... for starters an investment in a tortilla press 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️. We had a minor issue with a breaker, so for those of you who picked up during that time frame sorry for those tortillas 😂!

We will for sure be bringing back the sweet pork burritos soon!
