Uprising Bakery will always be part of us.

It was Patrik’s dream, his hard work, and his passion for many years. For both of us, it became much more than a bakery — it became part of our story, our life, and our connection to this community.

Thank you to everyone who supported Uprising, bought our bread, worked with us, and made this little bakery part of Canmore.

Fresh from the oven 🍞🥖🥯
Starting tomorrow (9 AM – 5 PM), you can buy our freshly baked sourdoughs and other bread products straight from our bakery at 735 9th Street, Downtown Canmore.

For the next few weeks, our front bakery doors will be open for customers to step in and grab their favourite breads, until our new Uprising window is installed — where you’ll be able to choose your loaf and have it handed to you fresh from the baker.

Only our bread line is available for now — we’ve said goodbye to our pastries (for a little while 😉).
Stop by and take home a loaf baked moments ago. ❤️
