Fall is officially in the air… and apparently, so is our appetite. 🍂🍝

Time to trade the light summer salads for the rich, cozy pasta classics we’ve been waiting all year for.

Case in point: butternut squash, crispy guanciale + clouds of fresh ricotta. Sweet, salty, creamy, dreamy… basically fall in a bowl. 🤎

Ready to get cooking? Stop by Canmore Pasta and pick up your favourite shape. Because every great fall dish starts with fresh pasta. 😉

👋 Meet the Team: Ariane!

If you’ve been by Canmore Pasta, chances are you’ve met Ariane behind the counter, rolling pasta, sharing a smile, or dreaming up her next adventure.

Ariane is a Creative Writing student at UBCO and a former Canmore ski kid with a love for stories, good food, and the outdoors. On her days off, you’ll usually find her out cycling around the Bow Valley or curled up with a good book.

She’s also one of the hands behind the pasta you enjoy, helping create fresh pasta right here in our kitchen.

Before she heads off to France for a little vacation (and some very important pasta research 🍝🇫🇷), stop by and say hi! We’re expecting her back with stories, new recipe ideas, and maybe a few French pasta secrets.

Meet the Team 👋

Meet Jan, who joined the Canmore Pasta team in late 2025!

As a former small business owner himself, Jan was looking for something flexible that would leave plenty of time for Monday ski days in the winter and hiking adventures in the summer.

Jan loves getting out into the community and sharing the Canmore Pasta story, so we knew he’d be the perfect fit for our Thursday market days. You’ll often find him chatting with customers, answering questions, and helping people discover their new favourite pasta.

If you haven’t met Jan yet, stop by the market and say hello! 👋🍝

Spring in Canmore = pasta + patios 🍝🏔️

Restaurant partners to check out this season: ✨

Their Ricotta & Gorgonzola Ravioli is a must-try — served with sambal cream sauce, confit garlic, roasted tomatoes, olive crumbs, honey black garlic drizzle, and micro greens. Every bite is packed with flavour.

Bonus? Beautiful mountain views, delicious eats, and according to our server… it’s his favourite dish on the menu. 👌

If you’re planning your next patio lunch or cozy spring dinner in Canmore, add this one to your list 🌿

An unforgettable evening of pasta, passion, and collaboration 🍝✨

We were thrilled to partner with Banff for an intimate culinary experience that brought together incredible flavors, thoughtful storytelling, and a whole lot of fun.

Guests enjoyed a carefully curated menu featuring:
Mussels on toast, crispy arancini, beef carpaccio, Cacio e Pepe, giant-format Ravioli with braised lamb, delicate Fazzoletti with lobster & shrimp, and a dreamy tiramisu to finish — all paired with beautiful wines 🍷

Throughout the evening, Chef Joseph shared his inspiration behind the menu, along with his appreciation for both the Canmore Pasta product and the people behind it. Todd from Canmore Pasta also guided guests through the different pasta shapes, sharing insights into how each is crafted — adding a truly personal and educational touch to the experience.

As one guest shared:
“It was a fun night—Chef Joseph shared the story behind the menu and his appreciation for Canmore Pasta, both the product and the people behind it. There was so much food (we’re having lamb leftovers tonight 😜), and we even went home with special treats like sauce, olive oil, olives, and Canmore Pasta. Truly a special experience!”

Nights like these are what it’s all about — connection, creativity, and unforgettable food.

Stay tuned for more collaborations 👀
