Maíz y Fuego is an evening celebrating the bold flavours of Mexican BBQ, featuring five fire-inspired courses, each thoughtfully paired with a Grizzly Paw cerveza. Throughout the evening, our chefs and brewers will guide you through every pairing, sharing the stories and inspiration behind each dish.
