MEET MARK ❤️

If you’ve been around Mountain Juice Cafe, there’s a pretty good chance you know Mark.

Mark is a huge part of the Mountain Juice’s story.

He’s been coming in for a smoothie since the very first day we opened our doors 25 years ago.

And he still comes in today. In fact, he rarely misses a day!

A retired local business owner of Bella Crusta + Bella Dolce , Mark has become so much more than a customer.

He’s a special friend and a pretty important part of our daily routine. 😊

A visit with Mark usually means catching up on what’s happening around town, the latest local news and, of course, plenty of sports talk.

We feel incredibly lucky to have had such great friends and customers in our corner for the past 25 years.

Mark, you’ve been there from the beginning, and we’re so grateful for all the smoothies, conversations, laughs and friendship along the way.

Over the years, we’ve had quite a few famous faces stop by Mountain Juice Cafe.

Swipe through a few of the famous faces we were lucky enough to capture! 📸

Here are just a few we managed to get pictures with including Billy Corgan, lead singer of The Smashing Pumpkins, Kim Coates from Sons of Anarchy, and NHL hockey player Andrew Ference.

And there are plenty more we didn’t get photos of.

Matthew McConaughey and his family, Julia Stiles, Robert Duvall, Marc Messier and Gerard Butler have all stopped in over the years.

The funny thing is, when a famous face is standing right in front of you, asking for a picture is usually the last thing you think about! 😂

You’re just trying to act completely normal while thinking… “Is that really who I think it is?”

The countdown is officially ON… 15 days until we celebrate 25 YEARS of Mountain Juice Café! ❤️
Twenty-five years of smoothies.
Twenty-five years of fresh-pressed juice.
Twenty-five years of familiar faces walking through our doors.
Twenty-five years of locals, visitors, families, friendships, stories, and a whole lot of blending. 🥤

What started with Kathie and a vision for something fresh and different in Canmore has grown into 25 years of being part of this community—and that feels pretty special.

This October, Mountain Juice Café turns 25. Swipe through to see how it all began ➡️

25 years ago Kathie took a leap of faith and opened a little juice bar in Canmore — built the menu from scratch, developed the recipes, sourced the products and learned as she went. She never imagined that little leap would become such a meaningful part of her life.

It’s been so much more than a business: incredible friendships, real connections in this community, and so many good memories.

And of course, she wouldn’t be here without PJ — our in-house legend and the heartbeat of the café. Always behind the glass, blending, pouring, and somehow remembering your order before you say it. ❤️

But most of all, we never would have made it 25 years without Canmore. To everyone who has walked through our doors, brought in family and friends, supported us over the years or simply cheered us on — thank you.

Come celebrate with us OCTOBER 3rd & 4th! Cupcakes, smoothies, fresh pressed juices and coffees on us to enjoy.

It feels like just yesterday. ❤️

This October, Mountain Juice Cafe turns 25 years old!

25 years ago, I took a leap of faith and opened a little juice bar in Canmore.

I created the menu from scratch, developed the recipes, sourced the products and learned as I went.

I never could have imagined how much that little leap of faith would become such a meaningful part of my life.

Mountain Juice Cafe has been so much more than a business. It’s brought me incredible friendships, special connections within our community and so many wonderful memories.

And of course, I wouldn’t be here without PJ.
