I wanted to take a quick minute and say Thank you to all the incredibly awesome Staff we have here at Big Dog.

So, I am going to do a one and done “Meet the Staff” post.

This is Tank, he is our Head of Recipe and Menu Development. He is also the Logo and lead Pit-master for us.
He is a 10 year old boy from Exshaw, Alberta.
When Tank isn’t working he enjoys long walks, swimming in the Bow River and pretending he doesn’t get fed.

Tank loves the Fall weather and is looking forward to Winter.
