Included are 5x7 beef lasagna, 5x7 veggie meals with(Mexican casserole,butternut squash curries,chickpea curry), beef sauce, and mini beef shepherds pies.

To receive these delicious items:

Reside in Campbell River or surrounded areas (for delivery).
Contact us through Facebook messenger with any family in the community who are in need (followers family is included).
Tell us a little about the family, how many in the family, what they eat, where they live, and why these meals will be good for them.

Happy Monday Everyone! We hope you had a safe and wonderful weekend with your loved ones. We had a busy weekend and week ahead(starting today), with back to back events. As a result of, there are no weekly menu this week, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience at this time🥹

Over the weekend, we catered a surprise retirement party and a corporate event. We serve dinner at the retirement party and drop off fruit trays/veggie trays/meat & cheese trays in the morning for afternoon snack. During serving time, we receive lots of compliment on the food/the aroma of the food/decor and of course our business name was a hit again😂❤️. Our wonderful owners chef Cherry and Travis, always respond to those questions, which makes the guests all laugh. Good food good vibes. At the end of the event, the beautiful owners of V&D Catering had a bottle of wine gifted to them and many applause thanking us for the awesome food and service. V&D team always get offer to sit with guests, eat, drink and be merry😂but we love being sober on the job, ensuring your event runs smoothly, and everyone is happily fed😍

Cool, crisp air, smells of apples and pumpkin spice, festivals everywhere can mean only one thing….It’s Soup Season. Soup can be simple or extreme,but every time it’s delicious!🍎🎃

In V&D kitchen, we make our own stock from scratch, including chicken, veggie and brown stock. Our amazing chef Cherry makes a simple delicious hearty chicken noodle soup(customers favourite), veggie soup, tomato soup, beef chili, minestrone soup, split pea and bacon soup, mulligatawny creamy soup, butternut squash, sweet potato, hearty beef stew, pumpkin and apple soup(seasonal), vegetarian green lentil soup, and a creamy mushroom soup. Don’t forget to paired these with our viciously delicious assorted chicken Caesar wraps/bacon ranch/bbq, assorted sandwiches and cookies😋

We catered a small corporate breakfast and lunch event yesterday. Our chef prepared this beautiful arrangement of delicious fruits on a platter for breakfast, and a Vicious Standard Chili Lime Chicken Breast with fluffy rice and Asparagus. Happy Monday Everyone! We hope it was a safe and wonderful weekend with your loved ones. A few weeks ago, we catered dinner for a beautiful family gathering, visiting from Calgary, on a Fishing trip. We were thrilled to hear it’s a yearly family trip, and they are glad they found us, and will use our service next year. During delivery, our chef gets to know you and family/pet, reason for event/celebration. Especially, if it’s a two day/week event, we like to surprise you with our viciously delicious complimentary goodies. Thank you for your kindhearted review, thrilled to hear the experience was an amazing one. On their menu, breaded chicken cutlet, mushroom gravy, roasted garlic mash potatoes, salads, fruit/veggie/cheese and crackers tray, and steam mixed veggies🍛

Over the Weekend, Chef Cherry also prepared some delicious Breaded Chicken cutlet with Mushroom gravy/fluffy rice/honey citrus carrots for her family. Along with weekly meal prep orders, small and large size beef lasagnas for a take and bake order. Thank you for your continued support with our small family-owned business.
